Nutritional Powerhouse
This dish, based on this recipe, is going into frequent rotation, maybe weekly for the rest of the summer. Changing up the vegetables a little from batch to batch will keep me from getting bored. It's delicious and adaptable and easy and really good for you. I won't bother typing it here since I followed Heidi's directions almost to the letter. The only changes I made were to add a bunch of dandelion greens and substitute toasted walnuts for the almonds. And I forgot to buy an onion so that's missing. And I mixed the dressing in instead of keeping it on the side. It's easier but less photogenic.
And, a sign in the window of my local pizza shop. I am extremely charmed by it:

Thanks for the link to the recipe site. I want to try some experimenting with recipes this summer and this looks like a good start.

Thanks for the recipe. This will the perfect answer to using up all of my CSA veggies this summer. I think it looks perfectly photogenic, but then again, I love saucy foods.
